Part II

Attendees will work on some discovery and processes on their own. These will be based on exercises provided to you. There will be a sales plan exercise and a financial exercise.

 

Part III

October 19, 2010

2:00 – 3:00 PM EDT

We will discuss your results in a roundtable format. Each attendee will have an opportunity to report out to the group about what they’ve learned and what plans they are setting in motion.

You will leave this program with a better understanding of where you want to go and how to get there. You will know where you stand financially and what you can do to improve your firm’s financial health.
