Tips and Shortcuts for Word 2010/2013

Use non-printing characters to simplify editing and aligning document content, quickly strip all document formatting in a single step, and use Find and Replace to remove unwanted spaces, tabs, and other characters. Learn quick selection techniques, shortcuts to set line spacing, apply font attributes, and align data. Quickly reorder Bullet and Number Lists, use the Ruler to change Margins and Indents, and create Building Blocks and AutoCorrect entries to insert commonly used text and graphics. Use Styles to quickly navigate in a document, move several paragraphs and pages with a single drag and drop, and generate a table of contents in a few steps. Several other time saving tips and shortcuts are included that will significantly increase your productivity in Word
