Dr. Katy Bryan will share insight about the importance of creating a comfortable work space for all generations to foster engagement.
Katy has a vast knowledge of different planning groups and works with a diverse array of groups such as physicians, research scientists, families with special needs, businesses in transition, and with families and businesses in the LGBTQ community.
After spending several years as a postdoctoral research fellow at the Cleveland Clinic, Case Western Reserve University and the Cleveland VA Medical Center, Katy decided to make a career change.
Katy will invite us to view Cleveland's skylight and the beauty of Lake Erie while she educates and entertains us from the penthouse space a Skylight Financial.

South of Cleveland Take I‐71 north to Cleveland. Exit at W. 25th St. and turn left. South of Cleveland Take I‐77 north to Cleveland. Merge onto I‐480 west. Take that until you merge onto OH‐176 north/Jennings Freeway north. Exit at W. 14th Street/Steelyard Dr. Enter the roundabout and take the second exit onto W. 14th Street. Turn left onto Clark Ave. Turn right onto W. 25th St. Turn left on Lorain Ave. Take your first left on to W. 26th St. and an immediate left into the parking lot for the United Bank Building. East of Cleveland Take I‐90 west to Cleveland. Keep right to take OH‐2 west/Memorial Shoreway south. Take the West 28th St. exit on the left toward Flats west. Turn left onto West 28th St. Turn left onto Detroit Ave. Take the second right onto West 25th St. Turn right on Lorain Ave. Take your first left on to W. 26th St. and an immediate left into the parking lot for the United Bank Building. Katy's Bio:
Kathryn Bryan, Ph.D., a native of Medina, Ohio, with a B.S. in psychology from Baldwin Wallace University in 2000 and went on to receive her M.A. and Ph.D. from Kent State University in behavioral neuroscience. Katy Bryan is a registered representative of and offers securities, investment advisory and financial planning services through MML Investors Services, LLC, Member SIPC OS.
She has been a recipient of Skylight’s Rising Leader award and is very active in the community, and has served or is currently serving on the boards of Medina Creative Housing, the Renee Jones Empowerment Center, and A Place for Us. In addition, she is currently on the Executive board for the Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging and Connecting for Kids. Kathryn also speaks across the nation on a variety of interesting topics around neuroscience and the psychology of business. Most recently she was recognized by Crain’s Cleveland Business as a 2016 “Forty Under 40” Honoree. Married to Mark, they have two wonderful children.
