About our speaker Emily Capuria

Emily Capuria, LISW-S, CHHC is a therapist, coach, and author who helps women who care deeply about others lead and live with more calm, confidence, and purpose.

Through her signature program Happiness on Tap and her talks on well-being and leadership, Emily teaches women how to break free from burnout, reconnect with who they are, and build habits that protect their energy so they can do meaningful work and feel good doing it.

She’s the author of Happiness Happens and Riley’s Remarkable Roller Coaster Ride and the founder of Balance + Thrive, a platform that helps women and kids unlock their unique magic by discovering the strengths, interests, and experiences that make them who they are.
