Social distancing brought on by the pandemic has made it abundantly clear that we need connection. As shelter at home is lifted and we begin the process of "re-entering our world" it is wise to bring the lessons we have learned out with us. Markeeta Davis, Spiritual Advisor and Yoga Instructor, will share ways to develop and maintain powerful connections: inward, outward and upward. 

Markeeta Davis is a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher, a Reiki practitioner, astrologer and Priestess who enjoys writing, cooking, and helping others find their joy.
