WIN (Women In Networking) Cleveland was created in 1997 to provide a safe environment for female business professionals to come together and share ideas in order to grow their businesses.  WIN Cleveland has grown into a community of female entrepreneurs and business professionals, offering monthly networking and educational events.  Equally important is a focus on supporting select women-based charities through philanthropic activities in Northeast Ohio.

WIN Cleveland is a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization, and is run by a volunteer board of officers.
Net proceeds from membership fees, event fees, and fundraising events are distributed to The WINCleveland Business Major Scholarship Fund.
