Join us for insight from Sara Roth, PhD, IMFT-S, LPC, Cleveland Counseling Center. Dr. Sara is passionate about mental health wellness. She believes that everyone can improve their lives, whether it’s related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, work-life balance stress, or relationships.

The best of relationships need to be nurtured and relationships that aren’t prioritized end up on the back burner, and then drift apart. Dr. Sara will help you gain insight and share survival tips.
