Let's face it, stress is a part of life -- probably now more than ever. We can't do much about stress per se. But we can learn how to manage it through our reactions and responses. After this presentation with Eliza Wing, you will understand the impact stress has on our health and well-being, how to Use simple tools and practices to manage stress as it comes up and learn Learn the ARC Methodology (Awareness, Response, Compassion) and its application for Chronic Stress response.

Eliza Wing is is an experienced meditator with a twenty year practice. She teaches mindfulness meditation and is trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), which is the gold standard for secular mindfulness training. Eliza is also the author of Just Breathe, a simple guide for mindfulness meditation. Eliza has written for Rolling Stone, Self, and Elle among other publications. She is part of the Your Awakened Heart collaborative with Linda Barberic.
