Wellness Chef and Ayurveda Health coach Sahar Rizvi will introduce the eastern medicinal practice of Ayurveda, why we need the wisdom of Ayurveda in our lives and how we could take simple steps to improve our gut health, build immunity and improve our metabolism. Followed by a brief cooking demo to learn how to make a simple Digestive Masala (spice) mix. She will answer the following questions:

  2. What is your Dosha (personal constitution) and why it is essential to know this?
  3. What Spices support your gut health, build immunity and improve metabolism?
