WINCleveland Eastside/Lunch Monthly Meeting
Informal Networking begins at 11:30am;
Meeting starts promptly at 11:45am.

While change is often an event that occurs, our ability to accept change can take time, and requires a shift in mindset. When leading others through change, the challenge becomes managing your own response to the change, and inspiring others to execute the change effectively.

In this session, Kathy Sullivan will help participants learn about the importance of identifying how change impacts them on an individual basis, so that they can inspire others to move through the change more readily.

Participants will also:

1) Learn about the Growth Curve, and list the four phases people experience during change to improve change readiness and acceptance.

2) Discover common behaviors that indicate others are struggling with change, and identify actions to lead them more effectively.

3) Discuss and explore a change you are currently experiencing, and identify specific steps to move forward more effectively.
