During this presentation you will learn about the optimum diet for humans and it's affects on health. You will discover a way to take control of your overall health while having a positive effect on women's issues we are all faced with. Come find out what food can do for you.

You will have a better understanding of the whole food plant-based eating pattern. You also learn how use food as a part of a strategy to lessen symptoms of menopause and keep strong bones throughout your life time

Karen Brucken's goal as a health educator is teaching you to make informed health decisions.  My journey in this field is supported through Wellness Forum Institute.  Its philosophy of a whole food plant-based eating pattern resonates with me.   I have taken courses that include certifications in weight loss, allergies and asthma, children’s health, and cancer.  In addition, I am a certified Food Over Medicine instructor.  Before devoting my time to improving others’ health, I taught elementary school while presenting at literacy conferences.  Besides teaching I enjoy reading and being by Lake Erie.
