Lisa is a specialized pelvic floor occupational therapist with 25 years experience. Lisa is co-founder of Next Level Therapy. After years of watching women struggle with incontinence and unresolved pain, Lisa decided to further her education to help women reconnect to their inner core to allow for a return to their chosen fitness and daily activities.

This means educating and empowering women so that they can connect and coordinate their mind, breath, core, and pelvic floor. Lisa's goal is to help her patients overcome those feelings of embarrassment related to pelvic pain and incontinence.

Lisa is an avid runner, cyclist, and fitness enthusiast. Her pride and joy is her 18-year-old daughter Kristin.
