This presentation discusses burnout, moral injury, moral distress and how to promote healing beyond self-care. Participants will leave with the following take abilities:

1. Define self-care, burnout and moral injury

2. Discuss the cost of burnout on human capital

3. Explore how to heal using the 3 A’s

Meetings are in person with a virtual (view only) option. The virtual option allows for viewing of but not participation in the meeting.
