Shannon Vitale will walk us through 4 key steps which help women, who are busy juggling everyday life, prioritize themselves and implement change and progress towards their health goals - without wasting precious time and energy. The steps are a synthesis of her own personal transformation as well as expertise in the holistic health field - they work for the long-term and they are easy to implement!

Participants will walk away with:

1. An understanding of what the 4 key steps are.

2. A solid grasp of how to work through each step.

3. An understanding of how and why each step works and how they will help reach health goals.

Shannon Vitale is a Certified Transformation Nutrition Coach, Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition through the National Association of Nutrition Professionals. She helps women, who are so busy taking care of everyone and everything else, that they don't have the time, energy or bandwidth to enact the health changes they'd like for themselves. One-on-one health coaching, education, and speaking are her prime modalities of service. Shannon loves helping women find the right path to success, find the right actions for them, and then help them to actually implement those actions into their daily lives.
