Being busy women, we are often so consumed by the needs of everyone else, including spouses, kids, parents, friends, co-workers and more. We have all heard that we must first put the oxygen mask on ourselves before others, but do we listen? Focusing on wellness and self-care is imperative to effectively help those who need us. Using pure essential oils can support everything from stress and
other emotions to sleep to immunity and so much more. Learn about how essential oils work, how to determine if they are safe and effective and which oils can be utilized to keep us well and make us better equipped to care for others.
Amy Diamond Cantor is the owner of Diamond Wellness Essentials, where she focuses on introducing people to essential oils and oil infused products and consequently educating on how to use them.
