Speaker: Suni Coerdt

Topic: How to Save Money on Your Utilities

Who doesn't want to cut the cost of their utility bills?  Suni's presentation will offer pointers on understanding if you have a good utility rate, that you have a choice of natural gas suppliers, and how to earn additional income.

Suni is an Independent Representative for Consumer Choice Marketing.  As a CCM representative, she provides service plan options based on true market rates for natural gas.

Speaker: Sharon Kreighbaum

Topic: True Crime: Selling Your House Without                          Staging It First

Sometimes we just need a fresh pair of eyes to see what will improve the interior appeal of our home.  Sharon will discuss the importance of preparing your home before placing it on the market.  Her presentation will include:

- Why all homes should be staged

- Staging Secrets

- How much does it cost to stage a home and who pays    for the service?

Sharon receiving training in Baltimore, Maryland to become an accredited staging professional and has built her corporation, Staged Makeovers, LLC, on word-of-mouth referrals alone. Her corporation has a database of over 500 clients.

Speaker: Sylva Kruse

Topic: What's Going on in College Admissions Today?   

For those of us who haven't been inside a college for years, and especially for anyone with children preparing for college, Sylvia will provide an update on what is happening in college admissions.

Sylvia holds a B.S. in Education from Ohio State University. Her background includes teaching, tutoring in learning disabilities and study skills.  She has been an independent college counselor since 1991.
