     WIN Cleveland Monthly Morning Meeting
     Informal Networking begins at 8am;
Meeting starts promptly at 8:15am.

Have you ever had a secret desire to start your own nonprofit? Each year 50,000 to 60,000 new nonprofits are launched but only 30% will still be running in 10 years. Sarah Rintamaki successfully launched Connecting for Kids 12 years ago and she will share with you five lessons from her lived experience taking an idea into a organization serving thousands of local Northeast Ohio families today.

Participants will leave with the ability to:

1. Discuss what is and isn't a tax-deductible nonprofit business.

2. Explain why grants are not sustainable revenue streams

3. Explain how institutional racism affects the nonprofit sector in NE Ohio.

About Our Speaker:

Sarah Rintamaki us the founder and Executive Director of Connecting for Kids, an organization that educates and supports local families concerned about their child. Launched 12 years ago, Connecting for Kids has helped more than 14,000 local families since it began.
