Join us as we explore how gender wage gaps, career breaks for caregiving, longer life expectancies, and other societal factors uniquely impact women's financial planning and wealth accumulation.

Gain insights into effective strategies for budgeting, investing, retirement planning, and wealth management, tailored to address these challenges.

This talk aims to empower women with the knowledge and tools to achieve financial independence and security, highlighting the importance of financial literacy and proactive planning in overcoming gender-specific financial obstacles.

About Our Speaker:

Leah Hadley, is a nationally recognized financial empowerment expert, is committed to providing compassionate financial guidance through life transitions. She will tell you she's had many challenging financial times in her adult life–becoming a parent of three overnight, getting divorced, and building a business from the ground up to name a few. These have been times when her ability to hunt down appropriate resources and careful financial planning was critical to her peace of mind.

A former investment analyst, sought-after speaker, and award-winning financial planner, Leah is the founder of Great Lakes Investment Management and Intentional Divorce Solutions. As an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC), a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF), and a mediator, Leah uses her knowledge and more than 15 years of experience to help her clients make wise financial decisions.

Based in Ohio, Leah is actively involved in her community and serves as the Director of Corporate Partnerships for the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Cleveland Chapter and the Membership Chair for the Center for Principled Family Advocacy.
