Navigating weight loss during menopause can be confusing, especially given the overwhelming amount of conflicting information out there. Carolyn Ufford, Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, will be here to cut through the noise, providing the most effective science-based strategies for losing body fat in midlife and beyond.

But understanding WHAT to do is only part of the solution. Actually sticking to the plan tends to be where people struggle most. Carolyn will offer invaluable insights on overcoming lack of motivation, low willpower and other barriers to success, so that you can achieve the results you truly desire.

About our Speaker:

Carolyn Ufford is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with over 20 years experience helping women over 40 become fit and strong. 

Her coaching is deeply rooted in two core beliefs:
