Join us at the annual WIN Benefit Luncheon for fun, connection and a celebration of - well - you! Join together with your fellow women in business to commemorate another year of growth, challenges, successes, lessons and achievements.

Touchbase with old friends and create new relationships. Take part in the highly anticipated basket raffle and wine pull, sit back, relax and just enjoy yourself.

Plated lunch options are Grilled Breast of Chicken Piccata or Grilled Marinated Vegetables (Vegan & Gluten Free). Desserts: Warm Carmel Apple Tart and Chocolate Hot Fudge.

Please specify when registering any dietary concerns i.e. gluten free, nut free, dairy free, etc.

This annual need based scholarship is awarded to a female Junior, Senior or Graduate Ursuline College student demonstrating financial need pursuing a Bachelor of Arts or Graduate Degree in a business focused field.


We are proud to partner with Ursuline College, the only college in Ohio that focuses on the education of women. 90% of their students are strong, empowered women who are interested in changing the world – some locally and others globally. Ursuline students are artists, activists, mentors, difference-makers, athletes and scientists. Students are encouraged to participate in service, promote social justice, contemplate their individual spirituality and pursue lifelong learning.

Keynote Speaker:

Chrissy is the author of Reluctantly Resilient and the CEO of AUI and Clarity HR which serve small and medium sized businesses in both for profit and non-profit sectors in the areas of Human Resources and Employee Benefits.  Chrissy describes herself as the chief cheerleader setting direction, steering marketing content, and finding creative ways to disrupt two established business sectors.  Chrissy is also the author of AUI Gives Back & Clarity Cares two community impact programs where employees serve in the community, track their impact and share what they are doing on behalf of their customers. 

Around Akron Chrissy works to leave her community a better place.  She is a graduate of Leadership Ohio, Torchbearers, Leadership Akron, Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, Sclaerator NEO and Community Leadership Institute.  She has received the 30 for the Future Award from the Greater Akron Chamber and an Achievement on Excellence Award from National Sales and Marketing Executives. 

As an advocate for families struggling with addiction and mental health issues, Chrissy currently serves as Chair for the Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health Services Board of Summit County, and is a member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Akron Chamber and Goodwill Industries of Northeast Ohio.  Previously Chrissy has served on the Board or Committees for Jobs for Ohio Graduates, Red Oak Behavioral Health, Community Partnership of Summit County, and Social Venture Partners.

Chrissy received her Bachelors in Business Administration from John Carroll University and her MBA from the University of Akron.  When she is not plotting world domination of the insurance industry or volunteering in the community Chrissy can be found at home with Team Awesome Sauce including Steve, her husband, two kiddos - Maddy & Caleb, and Ziva the AUI Mascot.

2024 In-Kind -- FrontLine Service

FrontLine Service - is a private, non-profit organization that reaches out to those in NE Ohio who are homeless, those who are struggling with mental health issues or thoughts of suicide, and those whose lives have been devastated by violence in their own home or community. 

WIN is proud to partner with FrontLine in 2024 as the size of the organization and breath of services the agency provides to families in crisis, allows for numerous opportunities to make a significant impact on the lives of women who are experiencing tremendous challenges.

Examples of items needed (outside of monetary donations) would be: 

For Families in crisis:

  • Diapers (all sizes)
  • Baby Wipes
  • Diaper Cream and baby hygiene items

For women struggling with homelessness:

  • Hygiene items both full and travel size (Shampoo/conditioner, toothbrush/toothpaste, deodorant, lotion, soap, hair brush/combs)
  • Feminine hygiene items
  • New underwear and bras (all sizes)
  • Hats, gloves, scarves
  • non-perishable food (pull top soup)
