When you’re “in the thick of the ick” it can be hard to see that things will ever be good again.  In this workshop, “Triumph through Transition”, you will learn that there still is a wonderful life to be had, both during and after this upheaval.  Simply put, you will learn:

• Specific skills from 5 areas that will help you get through the Thick of the Ick 
• The gifts on the other side of the Ick, and there are many
• The 1 Superpower that you can cultivate that will see you through it all

          Bio:

Liesel Darby is a divorce mediator and Alternative Dispute Resolution Certified Divorce Coach with Intentional Divorce Solutions.  

Her background as a former licensed clinical therapist, certified life coach, and her own divorce came together in a perfect storm that led to her current career in the divorce arena.  Her passion is helping others through the upheaval of divorce with as much grace and dignity as possible, while minimizing the conflict with the ex.  She found strength she didn’t know she had, and loves helping other women discover their unknown strength as well.

Currently her goal is to be “surprised and delighted” on a daily basis.
