Melanie Shmois is a Licensed Independent Social Worker and Professional Certified Coach with over 20 years of experience helping high-achieving professionals master their inner world. She is the Founder of Mind Your Strength Coaching, LLC, where she helps entrepreneurs and executives create success that feels as good internally as it looks externally.
Jennifer Underwood is a Brave Thinking Institute Certified Transformational Coach with a Masters in Education, Curriculum and Instruction.
