Michael Jones is Vice President of The Ruby Group; a business development firm whose mission is to help individuals and companies achieve their economic and professional goals. The Ruby Group provides non-traditional business training along with on-going coaching and reinforcement. Having worked with more than 100 local companies in the past three years, The Ruby Group is considered a trusted advisor in establishing, refining, and growing sales forces.

A graduate of Villanova University, Michael began his sales career as prat owner of a commercial truck tire business in the Bronx, New York, where he was in charge of commercial sales, marketing, and customer service.
